In a sports world where drop-out is the norm, the T4 Everyday format is quietly telling a different story.
Our engagement rate – the percentage of registered players who consistently show up and stay actively involved across the entire season – is strikingly high compared with many traditional social sports and hardly even comparable to youth engaging only from a recreational standpoint.
Players simply keep turning up, week after week, and the metrics tell the story – consistency and growth. This is self-driven motivation and in the simplest of terms – players are enjoying themselves!
Engagement rate, in simple terms, measures how “sticky” a sport really is in the short to medium term.
It tracks a player’s level of involvement and naturally we are aiming high . High engagement tells us that players feel a sense of ownership and momentum: they’re invested in their own progress, in their team’s results and in the rhythm of the league as it unfolds over each ten week season. It’s game theory in action.
For T4, this matters far beyond the numbers on a spreadsheet. A high engagement rate means players are forming habits, friendships and routines that anchor them to something positive and predictable each week.
A high engagement rate is a healthy sign for the T4 and the boulder industry at large.
